I might suggest it, I think a fee of 800 guineas would be a very
reasonable one to offer.

Assistant or Engineering Adviser instead of Engineering Secretary.
Mr Binns tells me that, although he has made extensive
enquiries, he cannot find a suitable man of a younger age.
You will, of course, want to see Mr Kennedy, and it
would be a convenience if you could arrange to do so early next week.
He wishes to go out of town on the 25th for a week or so.
